HELP: Understanding and Administering Publications

What are all the publication search filters?
The various search filters help narrow down and locate the publications that are displayed:
- Author - This filter returns any publication that has been specifically associated with that PHS Personnel within their online profile. Click here for information on administering profiles. Only names are listed in the dropdown menu that currently have a publication associated with their profile.
- Type - This filter returns only publications with that designated type in Reference Manager. (GEN = generic, JOUR = journal, etc.)
- Sort By - Specifies the sort order of the returned publications.
- Records - Specifies the maximum number of publications you would like returned.
- Key Words - Returns publications that have been specifically associated with key word.
How do I add, update or associate a publication to my profile or to key words?
